Technical requirements

Please be aware: Individual acts have their own specific technical requirements, as some acts need more floor or ceiling space than others. Adaptations of acts can be created for varying stage, space and event types, if asked! Walkabout/atmospheric performances are also available.

For All Performances:

• Sound system with auxiliary input (iPod) or CD player; performer must be notified 14 days before event if this requirement cannot be met.
• Separate area from performance area for changing and warming up 60 minutes before show time.
• For outdoor events, the performer reserves the right to deem the weather reasonably unsafe for performance and reserves the right to modify the performance or not perform until weather conditions improve.

Hula Hoop

Performer provides:

• one to 30 hula hoops

Client provides (for stage acts):

• 12' x 12' dry, flat floor space
• 15' stage floor-to-ceiling height

Client provides (for roving performance):

• 8' x 8' ground space
• Secure area for storage of additional equipment during performance
  

Roue cyr

Performer provides:

• One Roue Cyr

Client provides (for stage acts):

• 13' x 13' dry, flat floor space 
  
• 12' stage floor-to-ceiling height

Client provides (for atmospheric performance):

• 13' x 13' dry, flat floor space and clear of non-performers
  
• One to two staff members for audience security from performance area
  

Aerial

Performer provides:

• Aerial apparatus (silks, single-point trapeze, single or double silk sling)
  
• Carabiners and swivel
  
• Roundslings and felt for rigging

Client provides (for stage and atmospheric acts):

• Rigging point with load capacity of minimum 2000 lbs (~910 KG)
  
• 8' x 8' dry, flat floor space - swinging acts may require more space
  
• 14' stage floor-to-ceiling height
  

Acro Dance

Performer provides:

• 8' x 8' platform (for platform performances)

Client provides (for stage or roving acts)

• 8' x 8' dry, flat and relatively clean floor space for stationary performances
